My reciever locks up when playing specific tracks from my Nettune Central Database. What is going on?
Our Net-Tune enabled receivers are designed to handle WAV files, WMA9 files and MP3 files. However, due to an unexpected change in Windows Media Player 10, files that are encoded using the Windows Media format with Windows Media Player 10 can not be played through the receiver. To remedy this, you will either need to convert those WMA files to MP3 using software tools available on the Internet, or download the Windows Media 9 player and use that to re-record the WMA files created using Media Player 10.
