dealers. We train Integra Authorized Dealers to properly demonstrate, give guidance on
proper installation and provide after-sale support for our products. Subsequently,
Integra products are not authorized to be sold online or through any e-commerce experience.
To ensure that you receive the quality products and service that you are entitled to
when you purchase Integra products, it is important that all your purchases of Integra
products be made only from Integra or an Integra authorized dealer. Only products purchased
directly from Integra or an Integra authorized dealer will be covered by Integra's warranty.

To obtain warranty service, take or ship your Integra product
to an Integra Authorized Service Center, together with
a note describing your complaint and your copy of the dated
purchase receipt. Please also include in any mailing a
contact name, address and telephone number. If you choose
to ship your Integra product to an Integra Authorized Service
Center, all shipping arrangements must be made by you and
all shipping charges and insurance must be fully prepaid.
Any Integra product shipped in its entirety must be shipped
in its original carton. Onkyo will pay all return shipping
charges for Integra products that have been serviced under
Any service or repair for items not covered by this limited
warranty shall be at the Authorized Service Center's rates
